Lars Ingebrigtsen 36810a8164 Reinstate `C-M-<delete>' ...

* lisp/bindings.el (global-map): Reinstate `C-M-<delete>' and
`C-M-<backspace>' (bug#29430).  These used to kill X, but that
hasn't been the case in any common GNU/Linux distributions for
decades.
