Po Lu b83324d1bd Update Android port ...

* configure.ac: Take option `--with-shared-user-id' and give it
to AndroidManifest.xml.in.
* java/AndroidManifest.xml.in: Substitute that into the
application info.
* java/INSTALL (BUILDING WITH A SHARED USER ID): New section.
