Paul Eggert cb80fd0d50 Less chatter for ’make info/dir’ ...

* Makefile.in (${srcdir}/info/dir): Tweak shell command so
that an ordinary make says just "GEN info/dir" rather than
also having a seemingly-unrelated mv line.
