* test/infra/Dockerfile.emba: Do not generate debug info.

* test/infra/gitlab-ci.yml (variables, default): Revert timeout
back to three hours.
(.job-template): Comment test prints.
(test-all-inotify): Exclude emacs-module-tests.el.
