* lisp/textmodes/etc-authors-mode.el: New file.  (Bug#50674)
* etc/AUTHORS (mode): Add "mode: etc-authors" to local variables.
* admin/authors.el (authors): Add "mode: etc-authors" to local
variables of the generated AUTHORS file.
