in doc strings,	for mousing.
(time-stamp): support multi-line patterns.
(time-stamp-inserts-lines): new variable.
(time-stamp-count): new variable.
(time-stamp-string-preprocess): fixed bug where "%%a" becomes
"Thu" instead of "%a".
