Glenn Morris 7bdede3f5e Tiny simplifications in lib-src/Makfile.in ...

* lib-src/Makfile.in (REGEXPOBJ, REGEXPDEPS): Remove.  Replace by expansion.
(etags${EXEEXT}): Just depend on regex.o, not regex.h as well.
