* etc/NEWS.unknown: Add approximate version records for
defsubst, mark, nreverse, let*, rassq, >=,
transpose-sexps, buffer-modified-p, current-column, downcase,
previous-line, catch, throw, and count-lines,
which all were given much more recent introduction versions
by describe-function.
