In Emacs 26.1 (commits b905454680 and bed0373855), the menus were
converted to use 'easy-menu-define', but they were reversed in the
process. Unreverse the menus. (Bug#51446)
Don't merge to master. This is a safe-for-release fix for Bug#50752.
