Remove some ineffective #ifdefs.
Since DEFSYM doesn't by itself do anything and make-docfile ignores preprocessor statements, conditional compilation of DEFSYMs is ineffective. * src/data.c (syms_of_data): Remove ineffective #ifdefs.
