* fontset.c (reorder_font_vector): Exclude nil elements from the
font group. Don't try multiple fonts.
(fontset_font): Adjusted for the above change.
(Finternal_char_font): Return nil if the found font doesn't
contain the character ch.
* Makefile.in (lisp): Add cham.el.
(shortlisp): Likewise.
