Fix a big in the srecore test setup

* test/lisp/cedet/srecode-utest-template.el
(srecode-utest-project): Set the current directory in the project
so that we'll find it later (bug#42533).  The in-project directory
is /tmp, which is not actually what it is on many machines that
have the temporary directory somewhere else.
