Daneel 8dabc91e36 presentation.org: elegant footer — just recolor Madrid's default

No custom footline template, no logo in footer.
Just override the 3 footer beamercolors to white-on-kyndrylRed.
Madrid handles the layout, we handle the colors.
Logo stays on title page only (titlegraphic).
