* lisp/cedet/semantic/util-modes.el (semantic-stickyfunc-mode):
Check for header-line-format instead.
* lisp/emulation/viper.el (viper-load-custom-file): Reference
major-mode instead.
* lisp-mail-feedmail.el (feedmail-fill-to-cc-fill-column): Use
fill-column instead.
