* lisp/eshell/esh-proc.el (eshell/kill): Handle the argument parsing
and numeric conversion in function in order to parse -signal and
-SIGNALNAME correctly.
* doc/misc/eshell.texi (kill): Update docs to reflect new function
behaviour.
* etc/NEWS: Mention new eshell/kill behaviour.
