(tab-bar-format-history, tab-bar-format-add-tab) (tab-bar-format-tabs): New functions with body from 'tab-bar-make-keymap-1'. (tab-bar-format-align-right, tab-bar-format-global): New functions for 'tab-bar-format' list. (tab-bar-format-list): New utility function.
