* lisp/eshell/esh-cmd.el (eshell-resume-command): Check for
background-ness before resetting the prompt.

* test/lisp/eshell/esh-cmd-tests.el
(esh-cmd-test/background/simple-command): Make the regexp a bit
stricter.
(esh-cmd-test/background/kill): New test.
