Bind default-directory to given DIR. ...
Otherwise, "git config branch.<branch>.remote" would return the global
default "origin" instead of the actual, project-specific remote name.
* lisp/vc/vc-git.el (vc-git-dir-extra-headers): Bind default-directory
to given DIR.
