* etags.c (iswhite): Redefined not to consider '\0' as white
	space, and use it throughout in place of isspace, thus preventing a
	potential signed char to int conversion problem.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
