Jim Porter 093a360251 Use the 'interactive' spec to set arguments for 'eshell-command' 
* lisp/eshell/eshell.el (eshell-read-command): New function...
(eshell-command): ... use it.  Additionally, require the COMMAND
argument, and rename ARG to TO-CURRENT-BUFFER.
