Michael Albinus b7c5f39fd1 Fix use of older OpenSSH version in Tramp 
* lisp/net/tramp-sh.el (tramp-methods) <scp, scpx, rsync, ssh, sshx>:
Adapt `tramp-login-args' argument.  (Bug#80464)
(tramp-ssh-setenv-term): New defvar.
(tramp-ssh-setenv-term): New defun.
(tramp-do-copy-or-rename-file-out-of-band)
(tramp-maybe-open-connection): Use it.

* lisp/net/tramp.el (tramp-methods, tramp-signal-hook-function):
Extend docstring.
