* test/infra/gitlab-ci.yml (.filenotify-gio-template): Do not run
scheduled.
(build-native-comp-speed1, build-native-comp-speed2): Comment out.

* test/lisp/international/ucs-normalize-tests.el
(ucs-normalize-part1): Skip also on EMBA.
