Describe `tramp-smb-options'.
* lisp/net/tramp-smb.el (tramp-smb-conf): Fix docstring.
(tramp-smb-options): New defcustom.
(tramp-smb-handle-copy-directory, tramp-smb-handle-file-acl)
(tramp-smb-handle-set-file-acl, tramp-smb-maybe-open-connection):
Use it.
