* doc/misc/dbus.texi: (Monitoring Messages): Document 'dbus-monitor'.

* etc/NEWS: Mention 'dbus-monitor' but 'dbus-register-monitor'.
Fix typos and other oddities.

* lisp/net/dbus.el (dbus-monitor): New command.

* test/lisp/net/dbus-tests.el (dbus--test-register-service): Extend test.
