(Top, Usage): Add it to the menue.
(Predefined connection information): Mention "~".
(Multi-hops, File name syntax): Fix typos.

* lisp/net/tramp.el (tramp-handle-expand-file-name): Check for
remote home directory.  (Bug#53847)
