Kenichi Handa 6e49aeecbf (setup-english-environment): Just call 
reset-language-environment.
("LANUGAGE-ENVIRONMENT"): Delete property setup-function or change
the value to setup-XXX-environment-internal.  Add properties

unibyte-display.
