for eww-retrieve-command.

* lisp/net/eww.el (eww-retrieve-command): Add choice 'sync' for
url-retrieve-synchronously.
(eww-retrieve): Use value 'sync' for url-retrieve-synchronously.
(eww-isearch-next-buffer): Let-bind eww-retrieve-command to 'sync'.
