(gdb-stack-position): New variable.
(gdb-starting, gdb-exited): Reset gdb-stack-position to nil.
(gdb-frames-mode): Set gdb-stack-position to nil.  Add to
overlay-arrow-variable-list
(gdb-reset): Delete gdb-stack-position from above list.
