* etc/NEWS: Document this.
* lib-src/movemail.c: Assume MAIL_USE_MMDF is not defined.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
