Remove compat code for `{set-}file-extended-attributes'.
(tramp-sudoedit-handle-write-region): Handle extended attributes.
(Bug#49724)

* test/lisp/net/tramp-tests.el (tramp-test25-file-selinux):
Fix test for sudoedit method.
