* lib-src/Makefile.in (FILE_HAS_ACL_LIB): Rename from LIB_HAS_ACL,
to adjust to recent Gnulib renaming.  All uses changed.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
