(ruby-ts--font-lock-settings): Improve highlighting in patterns

* lisp/progmodes/ruby-ts-mode.el (ruby-ts--font-lock-settings):
Improve highlighting in patterns: highlight values not keys as
variable in the usual case; highlight keys when no value;
highlight the "as pattern" variable.
