Block profiling signals in the Android UI thread

* java/org/gnu/emacs/EmacsNative.java (EmacsNative): New
function `setupSystemThread'.
* java/org/gnu/emacs/EmacsService.java (onCreate): Block all
signals except for SIGBUS and SIGSEGV in the UI thread.
* src/android.c (setupSystemThread): New function.
