Fix two tests for --without-all build

* test/src/image-tests.el
(image-tests-image-mask-p/error-on-nongraphical-display)
(image-tests-image-metadata/error-on-nongraphical-display): xpm images
are not supported in all configurations so use xbm for non graphical
display tests.
