fix: correct patch hunk headers after static BOOL insertion

The previous sed edit added a line but didn't update @@ hunk
headers, causing 'corrupt patch at line 2849'. Fixed:
- Main hunk: 2386 -> 2387 new-side lines
- Subsequent hunks: +1 offset on new-file line numbers
